Bernardo de Andrada, MD
Bernardo de Andrada, MD, received his MD in 2007 from Universidade do Grande Rio, located in Duque de Caxias, Brazil, and completed his medical residency program in neurosurgery at The Hospital Salgado Filho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Dr. Andrada received his board certification from The Brazilian Society of Neurosurgery in 2013 and from The Brazilian Spine Society in 2017.
He has been involved in numerous research projects in the Barrow Spinal Biomechanics Laboratory, and has special interest and focus in spine surgery, biomechanics, new medical technologies, procedures and devices, and the history of medicine.
