Connecting Your Mobile Device

There are three steps to joining a telemedicine appointment on your mobile device.

1. Download the free “Zoom Cloud Meeting” app from the Apple App Store or the Android Google Play Store
2. Launch the Zoom appointment from your email or calendar appointment
3. Connect your device’s audio and video
