Opened in 2021, the Neuroplex serves as the “front door” of Barrow Neurological Institute and is home to the Petznick Stroke Center, neuro-infusion suite, and neuro-oncology clinic.

The Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center
The Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center is the largest treatment and outreach program for Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders in the Southwestern United States and offers neurology residents extensive experience with the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.

Robert F. Spetzler Neuroscience Tower
The Robert F. Spetzler Neuroscience Tower is the advanced hub for inpatient neurological care at Barrow. Here, neurology residents get immersive experiences in neurocritical care, epilepsy monitoring, and more. It is also home to our emergency room, offering vast exposure to neurotrauma practice.
