Emma Espinel, MS, APRN, FNP-C, AOCNP
Oncology
Emma Espinel, MS, APRN, FNP-C, AOCNP, is a nurse practitioner in medical oncology at Barrow Neurological Institute. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and holds certifications from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Oncology Nursing Society.
Ms. Espinel specializes in the care of patients with cancer and malignant hematologic disorders, such as head and neck cancers, primary brain tumors, lung cancer, melanoma, lymphoma, and leptomeningeal disease. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Oncology Nursing Society.
Ms. Espinel received her Master of Science—Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., preceded by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Arizona.
Her interests include holistic care, and making sure that not only are patients cared for physically, but also emotionally and spiritually.
