Peter Wu, MD, MS, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in the Head and Neck Cancer and Facial Reanimation programs at Barrow Neurological Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Wu’s clinical expertise centers on plastic and reconstructive surgery, including the treatment of facial palsy and reconstructive techniques after head and neck cancer treatment. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery.
Dr. Wu earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and a master’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Massachusetts. He completed his general surgery residency at Tufts University Baystate Medical Center, his plastic surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, and a microsurgery fellowship at Ohio State University.
